Fall is my favorite time of year. The cooler weather, the change of leaves, and the wonderful bounty of fall produce. In early fall, there is a nice cross over of late summer and early fall where flavors that aren’t always growing at the same time. Playing with flavors is quite fun. I also think that fall is a great time to be a vegetarian. Sweet potatoes, squash, and root vegetables are all great for for hearty vegetarian main meals.
