Warm Mustard Potato Salad (No Mayo!)

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

While I am willing my brain to think coherent thoughts, (it's a bit sluggish from working camps for a week and a half) please enjoy this mayo-less, flavorful potato salad.  I love whole milk greek yogurt and this recipe is super simple to throw together when you realize you have a potluck to go to and haven't prepared anything to bring!

I love that this includes some maple syrup. I prefer my potato salads without mayo so this is perfect.

I made a potato salad so similar to this yesterday! Love mayo-less ones so much better.

Oh lordy. Potato salad is one of those things I can never pass up when I see it on a picnic spread. This look great and I love the idea of using Greek yogurt.

Although I like to dip my fries into mayo, I definitely don't like it in my salads. This version looks so much more appealing!

That would taste so good with some roasted chicken. I too prefer adding yogurt than mayo 🙂

I adore the idea to replace mayo with Greek yogurt. Totally just had a "why didn't I think of that" moment!

Oh, I LOVE that you didn't use mayo. I am not a fan of potato salads that are so often soggy with the stuff... and I think the Greek yogurt is such a fantastic substitute. Looks gorgeous, I can't wait to bring it to our next picnic!

This looks wonderful! We love putting Greek yogurt in anything - and I'm intruiged by the maple syrup addition! And I'm a sucker for anything with dill 🙂

What a lovely idea! I will try it for my next potato salad, that will change from the French dressing I usually make! And I love all that has maple syrup in it! Thanks for sharing
