You may be thinking to yourself: things look a lot different around here! The site received a major update and a push in a somewhat new/somewhat same direction. Over the past few months I’ve been working hard to streamline the site and make it the best resource possible for vegetarian cooking. Beyond the beautiful new look, there are a few things I want to point out. My goal for this site update was to help you with every step in the kitchen whether that’s finding a recipe, knowing what to look for in produce, or using up ingredients you might already have on hand.
This site will be a work in progress over the next year. Instead of trying to write another book or work on any other project, this site will be it. There will be more how-to’s and videos going live in the ingredient and pantry section as well as the continued variations and solid recipes in during the weeks. I want you to be inspired and excited to cook.
What to look for:
Cook a Meal: The place to find a recipe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner based on the type of recipe and/or by ingredients you have on hand. Try playing around with a type of dish and ingredient you have one hand- an easy way to find exactly what you want for dinner!
Explore an Ingredient: Packed full of information and recipes about fruits, vegetables, and greens. Your guide to buying, storing, and using all fresh produce. This section, over the next year, will be overhauled with updated images, how-to information, and videos!
Build a Pantry: Make sure you’re well stocked with the recipe ingredients, or find new ways to use up those one-off ingredients in your pantry. This section will be filled in over the next few months but you can start using it now and never waste a pantry item again!
As always, thank you for your support and I’m really looking forward to this year!
