Chipotle Kale Chips

  • 1 handful fresh kale
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt, black pepper, and chipotle powder to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 325˚.
  2. Remove the stems from the kale and toss with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and chipotle powder (I used 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the other two.)
  3. Spread out onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until Kale is crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
