Last month, I shared a bit about meal planning and the post was so popular that I decided to make it a monthly post based around what’s in season. March is always kind of an awkward time because winter produce is starting to fade out but spring produce isn’t full force yet. Luckily, there’s still some great produce to mix and match with and make meals! One of the most exciting things? Avocados!
So without further rambling, my favorite March meals in one week!
The produce: Spinach, Avocados, Asparagus, Radishes, Cauliflower
The star of the week: Clumpy Banana Nut Granola (it’s one of my favorite!)
Sunday Prep: Granola, Pizza Dough (if desired), and prep vegetables
