Skillet meals are one of my favorite. They are easy to make, usually only take one pan, and can be perfect for one person up to four. These vegetarian skillet recipes encompass everything from a breakfast dutch baby to a more recent favorite, turmeric cauliflower egg skillet. I recommend keeping a few different sizes/depths on hand- it's really up to you/how you would use the skillets.
I have numerous skillets in my house including stainless steel, cast iron, and seasoned steel. For one pan meals, I love the cast iron and seasoned steel- great for cooking on the stovetop and in the oven. Just be sure to clean with care after each use and to rub the cast iron/seasoned steel with a bit of oil. These pans are a great investment and perfect for so many meals.
