I thought it would be fun to occasionally share exactly what I ate during a particular week (because I always get questions if I actually eat what’s on the blog!) You’ll notice one of my key staples is leftovers. When you live by yourself, it’s either you cook for that or you cook extra and then feast the rest of the week (and as you can see, I like feasting). My meals are often off the cuff- I usually don’t plan anything!
