A long while back, I use to do weekly post with photos of what I picked at the CSA. Somewhere that fell by the wayside. Yet, this late November haul seemed too wonderful not to share. I always forget that with a little love, care, and hoop houses- great produce can survive through the frigid December temperatures. I’m already brainstorming so many great recipes.

Ahh these photos look so rustic and fresh at the same time. It makes me excited to work with some fresh, raw ingredients.

Do tell what you do with the cabbage, I’m trying to find new ways to eat it.

I honestly love this post, like a photo essay on a fall CSA. So, so jealous you get shares in November!

Such beautiful vegetables! I’d love to see a post on how you store them all – living on my own, I’m always hesitant to bring much home from the market for fear I won’t be able to use it up in time.

Great picks! I really want to join a CSA next year. I think the challenge of cooking with new things would be so exciting as well as trying different produce I might not ordinarily buy at the store.
