I hope you don’t mind, but I think this is going to become a regular series.  I’m horrible when it comes to keeping up with blogs.  My poor google reader is chocked full with delicious sounding recipes and yet, I barely find time to write my own.  There are so many talented people out there, taking the time to create and share their food, that I feel like sometimes they deserve another “look at this!” moment.

This week, after effort on getting the spring section done, I’ve been scouring the web for lovely spring recipes and this is what I came up with!

Of course, I feel like this post wouldn’t be balanced with just a bit of sweetness:

Erin, I really like this series, my reader is packed too and it’s truly difficult to keep up! I think we belong at the same dinner table/party, I would have picked the same recipes…

Thanks for the props again, Erin! We should totally be real-life homies because judging from the last two weeks, we have very similar taste in food. ESPECIALLY in terms of that chocolate cake from Turntable Kitchen. Totally needed that as soon as I saw it earlier this week. And I love your picture of the barn door at the top :)

I made Heidi’s almost exactly and after seeing Kasey’s all I can think of is how much I want it again. I’m telling you- the sea salt and chocolate frosting is a magical combo :)

I love these roundups! Thanks to your last one, I’ve already discovered several blogs that I’m now hooked on. Thank you so much for the shoutout – both for the cake and the Pairings Box! It feels really special knowing that people I admire so much are enjoying our little packages. I never ceases to excite me when I see mentions, photos and comments from subscribers! Thanks for making my day sweet friend.
