Over the past two days I took students to a sustainability conference at Lawrence University.  While the conference itself was great, the best part were the stops we made along the way up.  We traversed the Wisconsin countryside and stopped at Hillspring Eco-farm in Blanchardville, WI.  They graciously welcomed us into their home.  We visited with goats, learned about their gardening techniques, and so much more.  On the way to the farm, we ran across this awesome pottery place (Mulberry Pottery) and the guy even experiments with pottery for cooking!
