This is what the new website looks like:

I’m pretty much in love with it (as I should be, I helped design it) AND my website finally doesn’t look broken in Internet Explore (hooray!)  I’ve recently fallen in love with some of Graph Paper Press’ themes (mainly used for photography) and decided it would make an excellent base for the updated Naturally Ella.

Most of my post are categorized by recipe now so if you need a little of inspiration, you can browse my website based on recipes (and photos!)

Also, there are plenty of ways to share with you friends, family, and yourself (in case you forget) with the share buttons at both the top and bottom of the post.

Finally, the option I’m really excited about: the ability to easily print out the recipes (and yes, I will actually do this with my own recipes…)

So, I hope you enjoy the new design and if you see something that isn’t working right- feel free to contact me (this new design also comes with a handy, dandy contact form!)

I’ve had a lack of post recently and I worked really hard on the transition to the new design.  I was so excited about the design that I wanted to get everything done in a short amount of time!  So now I’m back with regular post, starting with a recipe I found more amazing that I could have possibly thought.

I love chips and the idea that Kale could actually become “chip like” left me utterly unconvinced.

That is, until I actually tried the kale baked (and of course added some chipotle powder-current obsession…)  I’m actually a little late to this idea (considering I’ve seen it everywhere around the internet int the past year.  However, if you haven’t tried it and you can get a hold of some delicious kale, try it!

I was blown away by how much I actually liked these!  I was so excited that I couldn’t wait to get more Kale from the csa just so I could make more.  Add these to the list of random “chips” that I like!

Love the new layout! I can’t wait to try the kale chips. I’m not a big fan of kale, I prefer spinach, but this way sounds like a great way to eat it!

Love the new layout!! I think it looks fantastic! I’ve tried kale chips before but I cooked them a little too much and some of the chips weren’t very yummy. I can’t wait to try them again once I start getting fresh kale from the market :)

Love the new layout! Very clean. I have experimented with kale chips a few times with varying degrees of success. I am sure they were especially tasty using kale fresh from the garden :)

If you love chipotle powder you should try canned chipotle in adobo. One small can has half a dozen or so chilies (generally good for quite a few recipes, even if you do like things really spicy) and if you put them in a ziplock in your freezer after opening they will always be handy to supply incredible bold flavors to whatever dishes you want to put them in.
