It’s officially November.
Last week was the last official week of the CSA, I’ve turned on my heat, and am figuring out which winter boots to buy. Therefore, I really don’t feel bad about all these pumpkin recipes.
I absolutely adore Simply Recipes because every time I am looking for a technique, I can almost always find it there. So, when I carved pumpkins and had some left over seeds, I knew I wanted to roast them.
When I roasted, I added in cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a little lime juice. The seeds turned out with a little kick and a nice crunch- perfect for a mid day snack!
