I am currently in a hotel, in a Chicago suburb, surrounded by 100 some members of the marching band. Yup, we’re on a trip. Luckily I get my own room so a little peace and quite is nice.
While I’m away, please enjoy pie. I seem to be in a pie phase.
I love lemon meringue and I’ve recently gone on a Food and Wine kick. So, the recipe is from there with a twist. I added 1/2 cup of lemon curd to the filling.
